This Valentine’s Day, immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of the Fitzrovia Chapel, a central London sanctuary, originally created for nurses, doctors, staff and patients at Middlesex Hospital to come and have a moment of serenity, calm and reflection.

For this special iteration of Lie Down and Listen, you will allow your entire being to be immersed in the vibrations of deep relaxation, with a Tibetan bowl sound healing session followed by a lying down classical piano concert experience with classical pianist and founder of Lie down & Listen Christina McMaster.

As you lie down on soft mattresses, look up at the gilded ceiling as Christina plays music which both reflects the resonances of the bowls themselves, improvisations and classical music by Chopin, Debussy, Philip Glass, William Byrd and more.
